About the Opportunity
The Indian arm of an International Organisation, Mushq Foundation is looking for 2 Research Fellows for an International Journal to be published in America. The Research work is based on a legal issue surrounding “Human Rights of Adolescent Children”. This is done through original and independent pieces of research and engagements with key stakeholders on critical areas of the Human Rights of Adolescents.
The Research Fellows will be engaged in this position for one month, and renewal shall be subject to performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Undertake high-quality research (both doctrinal and empirical) on both the Indian and International perspectivess of the topic.
- Provide research drafting assistance for engagements in key areas of Journal that the team is currently undertaking.
- Conceptualise, develop, and execute independent research projects.
- Prepare quality reports, research notes, and such other material necessary for implementation and dissemination of organization’s work.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with organisation’s officials, academicians, researchers, and other stakeholders for discussing the research work.
Eligibility Criteria
- A student pursuing an undergraduate (3 year/5 year) or postgraduate degree in law.
- Academic and Research Background
- Good research, writing and communication skills.
Perks
- A sum of Rs. 5,000/- will be given for one month on successful submission of all the research work and reports.
- Experience Certificate at the end of the Project.

- Any piece of published or unpublished original writing as a sample, of not more than 500-800 words on any legal issue showcasing the candidate’s legal research and analysis skillset.
- A brief statement of motivation in applying for the position, in not more than 500 words.
- Names and contact details of two professional referees who may be contacted for references. (Optional)
